Terms of Service
Last updated: July 12, 2026
These Terms govern your use of virginai.agency (the “Site”) and the Strategy Console. By using the Site you agree to them. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.
The Strategy Console
The Strategy Console generates an automated, AI-drafted proposal based on the information you submit. It is an initial estimate for planning purposes only — final scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing during a call before any work begins. Nothing generated by the Console is a binding quote or a contract.
Engagements & payment
- Work is delivered under our milestone model (40% on contract, 40% on delivery, 20% after a 30-day satisfaction window), detailed in your signed proposal.
- Ownership of deliverables — code, workflows, and assets — transfers to you on final payment for the relevant milestone, per your agreement.
- Third-party subscriptions (e.g. telephony, model APIs, your CRM) are billed to and owned by you; we configure them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false information through the Console. We may decline or end any engagement that would require us to build something unlawful, deceptive, or against a platform’s rules.
No guarantee of results
We stand behind our delivery with the milestone guarantee, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, lead volume, or rankings) — those depend on factors outside a build, including your market, offer, and follow-through.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Virgin AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Changes
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
